Samsung S9110 TouchScreen Watchphone
Samsung has launched the new S9110 watchphone that resembles a wrist watch and has almost all advanced features of a mobile phone. The S9110 works on GSM Technology and features 1.76inch 262K color TFT TouchScreen display of 176×220 pixels with a thickness of just 11.98 mm thus claiming to be the world’s thinnest touchscreen phone. The phone measures 58 mm in width and 41 mm in height and weighs 91 grams.
The S9110 features an internal memory of 40MB and there’s no word on memory expansion. It has a music player to play all your media files. The phone has a speakerphone and supports voice dialling too. You can also store voice memos. Should you prefer not to be seen talking to your hand, you can use a Bluetooth Headset as S9110 supports Bluetooth v2.1. The phone works on GPRS and has support for sending/receiving emails and features Outlook email synchronization too.
Available in France later this month at a price of €450 EUR (roughly $640 USD, 30000 INR ), this phone is designed to operate in Europe. Previews below.
